Cast-iron Castings and Metal Machining In the field of cast-iron castings and metal machining we are cooperating with famous Polish enterprises. These companies are accepted by the greatest classification societies in the world such as Lloyd’s Register of Shipping, Det Norske Veritas, Polish Register of Shipping, Technischer Überwachungsverein.They have been approved to the quality assurance certificates ISO 9002 and ISO TS 16949. The following kind of castings can be offered: cast iron grades: - GG20, GG25, GG30 - acc. to DIN 1691 with degree of accuracy acc. to DIN 1686 - GGG40, GGG50, GGG60 - acc. to DIN 1685 with degree of accuracy acc. to DIN 1585 The weight of the castings can be 0.2 to 250 kg. Concerning metal machining our stock of machines and equipment meets all modern claims. We work with vertical and horizontal centres as well as CNC-turning lathes. All our constructions and used technologies are founded on the CAD/CAM system. The following machines are part of our mechanical equipment: 1. Vertical centres 2. Horizontal centres 3.
